Launch Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

1. The prize draw is open to members of the Agents’ Lounge who register prior to 31st December 2008 and are over 18 years of age. Employees of Four Pillars Hotels, Funway Holidays, their families, agents or anyone else professionally associated with the draw are excluded.
2. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and registration confirms your acceptance of these terms and conditions. The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
3. No purchase is necessary to enter.
4. The winners will be drawn at random from all agents registering for the Agents’ Lounge before 31st December 2008. The winners’ names and county can be obtained by sending a sae to Four Pillars Hotels, Agents Lounge Launch Competition Winners, Olney House, Ducklington Lane, Witney, Oxfordshire, OX28 4EX
5. The winners will be notified within 7 days of the closing date.
6. The prizes as described are available on the date of publication.
7. The first name drawn will win a three day break in New York for two people to include return scheduled flights from London Heathrow, 3 nights at the superior first class Millennium UN Plaza Hotel on a room-only basis, airport and hotel taxes and fuel surcharges, New York City Guide and Macy’s discount shopping card. Personal expenditure, sightseeing and incidental costs other than those stated are not included. The winner and companion are responsible for taking out their own travel insurance, which may be purchased from Funway Holidays if required. The holiday is subject to the standard terms and conditions of Funway Holidays.
8. The prize must be taken between 1st January and 31st March 2009.
9. The next four names drawn will each win a spa break for two at Cotswold Water Park Four Pillars Hotel. The break will include two nights accommodation sharing a Connoisseur Room on a bed and breakfast basis, one hour body massage or facial, 30 minute treatment of the winner's choice plus full use of the facilities at Spa 6. Travel costs, personal expenditure and incidental costs other than those stated are not included. Breaks must be taken by 31st March 2009 and exclusion periods may apply. The prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of Four Pillars Hotels Limited.
10. The final five names drawn will each win a bottle of champagne.
11. All elements of the prizes are subject to availability, non transferable, non-negotiable and there are no cash alternatives.
12. The winners may be required to participate in publicity.
13. Events may occur that render the prize draw itself or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter and accordingly the Promoter may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to the Promoter as a result thereof.
14. The Promoter and all prize partners accept no responsibility for any damage, loss, liability, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by the prize winners or their guests in entering the draw or accepting the prize.
15. English law applies and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts shall prevail.
