General Terms and Conditions

1) Membership of the Agents’ Lounge, including the rewards scheme, is open to IATA/TIDS registered UK agents including employees of business travel agencies, retail travel agencies and conference/event booking agencies.
2) These terms and conditions shall be deemed to apply to the participation in the Agent’s Lounge, including the reward scheme, and participation constitutes full for and unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions.
3) Membership is subject to acceptance by Four Pillars Hotels who retain the right to refuse or cancel membership. Membership is restricted to UK residents.
4) Participation is subject to the approval of the member’s employer.
5) Membership in the Agents’ Lounge is linked to the member's employer. Should for any reason this link cease, the membership will cease and any unused reward vouchers forfeit.
6) Employees of Four Pillars Hotels are not eligible for membership.
7) Four Pillars Hotels reserves the right to amend, modify, cancel or withdraw any element of the Agents’ Lounge, including the reward scheme, at any time without notice.
8) Reward points are allocated for conference, meeting, function and Four Pillars Active bookings but exclude accommodation unless taken in conjunction with one of the aforementioned.
9) Only one claim can be made per individual booking.
10) Reward points only apply to new bookings contracted between 22 September 2008 and 31 March 2009 by registered members of the Agents’ Lounge.
11) Reward points will only be awarded once event is completed and paid for. Cancellation fees are not eligible.
12) Rewards points cannot be earned in respect of a reservation that is subject to an incentive from another award programme.
13) No cash alternative will be available.
14) It is the responsibility of the participant to submit their claim via the website no longer than one month after the event has completed.
15) Should the Agents’ Lounge reward scheme be withdrawn or cancelled, all points must be redeemed within one month following the end of the scheme.
16) All queries over points awarded must be made within one month of completion of the event.
17) Rewards points are awarded, and redeemed, on the basis of the scale outlined on the Agent’s Lounge website and other promotional material issued from time to time and which may be varied at any time at the discretion of Four Pillars Hotels.
18) Four Pillars Hotels reserve the right to declare invalid points for reservations it has reason to believe are not in accordance with the rules of this scheme and to withdraw or amend the scheme at any time.
19) In the unlikely event of any dispute, the decision of Four Pillars Hotels shall be final. No correspondence shall be entered into.
20) Four Pillars Hotels will pass the information on rewards earned to Love2reward who administer the Agents’ Lounge reward scheme on Four Pillars Hotels’ behalf.
21) Four Pillars Hotels cannot accept responsibility for any tax liability for participants in this programme. Under the Taxes Act of 1988 a statement of the vouchers issued to each participant will be provided on a regular basis to enable participants to make their relevant declaration.
22) Points must be redeemed via the website directly with Love2reward. Prizes, once chosen, can only be changed if the redeemer contacts Love2reward within 24 hours of the redemption.
23) Prizes will be sent out directly to the recipient by Love2reward within 28 days unless otherwise stated on the website or by email communication.
24) Love2shop, Love2travel and Love2play vouchers will be despatched within 2 working days of receipt of order. Voucher orders less than £50 will be despatched at the recipient’s risk via first class post. Orders over £50 will be despatched fully insured via Special Delivery.
25) Prizes are subject to their own provider’s terms and condition. Four Pillars Hotels take no responsibility for provider’s terms and conditions.
26) Four Pillars Hotels and/or Love2reward reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value.
27) Four Pillars Hotels cannot guarantee the performance of any third party and shall not be liable for any act or default by a third party. Participants in the reward scheme agree that Four Pillars Hotels will have no liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, costs, damage or disappointment of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, misuse or use of a prize, or from participation in this reward scheme. Nothing in this clause shall limit Four Pillars Hotels liability in respect of death or personal injury arising out of its own negligence or arising out of fraud.
28) This scheme not to be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or scheme operated by Four Pillars Hotels.

30) Personal data which you provide when you participate in this scheme will be used by Four Pillars Hotels and Love2reward for the purposes of the Agents’ Lounge, including reward scheme, only.
31) These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
32) Promoter is Four Pillars Hotels.
